Senior Auditor
The role
- Reporting directly to the partners, the candidate will be responsible for meeting the compliance requirements of a varied client portfolio
- Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Taking full ownership of the process from planning through completion for a wide range of audit assignments
- Supervising and assisting with the preparation of audit exempt financial statements and periodic management accounts
- Liaising with your colleagues in our tax and company secretarial departments
- Acting as the initial point of contact for some clients and developing strong relationships with those clients
- Supporting the tax team with the accounting aspects of advisory work
- Involvement in budgeting and identifying value add opportunities
- Business development – attending proposal meetings
- The candidate will also have the opportunity to work on ad-hoc advisory projects o Preparation of integrated financial projections
- Financial and systems reviews
- Assisting clients in dealing with banks – finance applications / periodic reporting / restructuring

The candidate
- ACA qualified or part qualified accountant with strong audit and accounting experience who wishes to build a career in practice
- Enthusiastic and hard-working with excellent communication skills
- Good commercial acumen
