xxx is the governing body for the game at both performance and participation levels throughout All-Ireland, representing the interests of both the men’s and women’s game. The future of Irish xxxx is incredibly bright given the growth of the sport driven by significant success on the international stage in the last decade leading to unprecedented visibility for Irish xxxx at home and abroad.

Our emergence as a sport of national significance will only grow following the recent elevation of XXXX Ireland ‘s international status and a major revamp of international structures that will see Ireland playing all three formats of the game at the highest level for the foreseeable future.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

There are numerous key stakeholders that this position will work with:

  • IT Support Company
  • Participation department
  • Commercial and Events departments
  • HP Department
  • Marketing & Communications department
  • Finance and HR

  • To support and maintain the all IT systems and overall IT infrastructure in conjunction with 3rd party IT company i.e. registration systems, competition management, live scoring system & online learning platforms
  • Manage and oversee migration of files from AWS to Office 365
  • Ensure Office365 set up is optimal
  • Work with the participation department on the digital project designing a single sign on portal connecting player, volunteer and fan engagement designed for a positive individual user experience.
  • To provide high quality support to all employees when required
  • Liaise with 3 party IT provider. Vendors and stakeholders and users to resolve issues
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of users, laptops, servers, printer etc,
  • Documentation of IT operational processes
  • Asset Management
  • Provide training support to users either directly or via 3rd party

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar IT position
  • Microsoft Office 365 administrator experience, SharePoint, Teams, one drive etc.
  • Experience in providing first support to laptop users
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining, network equipment & printers,
  • Administration knowledge of Windows Server (all versions): Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, WSUS, Print server, File server, etc.
  • Active Directory and user management experience
  • Own transport with clean license
REMUNERATION AND ROLE LOCATION
  • The salary will be commensurate with qualifications and related experience
  • Position tenure: Full time
  • Position location: – Kinsealy Business Park, Co Dublin, however we operate a hybrid working policy
  • Annual leave: 26 days (pro-rata)
